DR ALI RENNIE | Paranormal + Electrical Sound Artist

Artistic Mission

My research and compositions explore the weird and the eerie in soundscape practices and the manifestation of the paranormal and electromagnetic phenomena in the medium of sound.

My work “Ghostloristics” captures and conveys the auratic and atmospheric conditions of various haunted spaces in the North of Scotland and beyond. In “Electrosferics”, I explore the sonic potential of Scotland’s electrical infrastructure and the electromagnetic phenomena of its biological environment and atmosphere.
